이용약관

제1조목적

이 약관은 주식회사 인투에이엑스(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 한국사 학습 서비스 "into KOREA(인투 코리아) 한국사 학습 포털"(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 회원의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조정의

1. "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 한국사 학습 콘텐츠, 문제은행, 모의고사, 학습 기록 관리 및 이에 부수하는 제반 서비스를 말합니다.
2. "회원"이란 이 약관에 동의하고 회원가입을 완료하여 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
3. "유료 서비스"란 회사가 유료로 제공하는 멤버십, 콘텐츠 및 기능을 말합니다.
4. "학습 기록"이란 회원의 진도, 퀴즈·모의고사 응시 결과, 오답노트 등 서비스 이용 과정에서 생성되는 데이터를 말합니다.

제3조약관의 게시와 개정

1. 회사는 이 약관을 회원이 쉽게 확인할 수 있도록 서비스 화면에 게시합니다.
2. 회사는 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
3. 약관을 개정할 경우 적용일자 및 개정 사유를 명시하여 적용일 7일 전(회원에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 공지합니다.

제4조회원가입

1. 회원가입은 가입 희망자가 약관에 동의하고 회사가 정한 양식에 따라 정보를 기입한 후 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.
2. 만 14세 미만의 아동은 법정대리인(보호자)의 동의를 받은 경우에 한하여 회원가입을 할 수 있습니다. 회사는 가입 시 출생연도 확인 및 법정대리인 이메일을 통한 동의 확인 절차를 거치며, 법정대리인의 동의가 확인되지 않은 계정은 가입일로부터 14일이 지난 후 삭제될 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자는 회원가입 시 출생연도 등 정보를 정확히 제공하여야 하며, 연령 정보를 사실과 다르게 기재하여 발생하는 불이익 및 법적 책임은 이용자 본인(미성년자의 경우 법정대리인을 포함합니다)에게 있습니다.
4. 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 기재한 경우 회사는 가입을 거절하거나 사후에 회원 자격을 제한·상실시킬 수 있습니다.

제5조회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실

1. 회원은 언제든지 서비스 내 기능 또는 회사에 대한 요청으로 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 처리합니다.
2. 탈퇴 시 회원의 학습 기록은 삭제되며 복구되지 않습니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

제6조서비스의 제공 및 변경

1. 서비스는 연중무휴 1일 24시간 제공을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 시스템 점검·보수, 통신 장애 등의 사유가 있는 경우 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
2. 회사는 콘텐츠의 품질 향상을 위해 서비스의 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 유료 서비스의 중요한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.

제7조유료 서비스 및 결제

1. 유료 서비스의 종류, 가격, 이용 기간은 해당 결제 화면에 표시된 바에 따릅니다.
2. 결제는 회사가 지정한 전자결제대행사(PG)를 통해 처리되며, 회사는 회원의 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 직접 보관하지 않습니다.
3. 미성년자가 결제하는 경우 법정대리인의 동의가 필요하며, 동의 없는 결제는 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인이 취소할 수 있습니다.

제7조의2해외 결제

1. 회사는 대한민국 외 지역의 이용자 또는 해외 발행 결제수단 이용자를 위하여 유료 서비스 요금을 미화(USD)로 표시하고 결제받을 수 있으며, 해외 결제는 PayPal을 통해 처리됩니다.
2. USD 가격은 원화 가격을 실시간 환산한 금액이 아니라 별도로 책정된 고정 가격이며, 환율 변동에 따라 원화 가격의 환산액과 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 적용 가격은 결제 화면에 표시된 금액을 기준으로 합니다.
3. 결제수단 발행사(카드사) 또는 PayPal이 부과하는 통화 환전 수수료·해외 이용 수수료는 회원이 부담하며, 회원에게 최종 청구되는 자국 통화 금액은 발행사가 적용하는 환율에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
4. 해외 결제의 환불은 실제 결제된 USD 금액을 기준으로 원 결제수단을 통해 처리합니다. 결제 시점과 환불 시점 사이의 환율 변동에 따른 차액 및 금융기관·결제대행사의 환전 수수료는 회사가 보상하지 않습니다.
5. 해외 결제에 관한 분쟁·지급 이의(차지백 포함)는 PayPal의 분쟁 해결 절차를 통해 진행될 수 있으며, 회사는 해당 절차에 성실히 협조합니다. 유료 콘텐츠를 정상적으로 이용한 후 허위 사유로 지급 이의를 제기하는 등 절차를 남용하는 경우 회사는 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
6. 이 조에서 달리 정하지 않은 사항(청약철회 기간 등)은 제8조를 따릅니다.

제8조청약철회 및 환불

1. 회원은 유료 서비스 결제일(또는 이용 가능일)로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다.
2. 다만 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따라, 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 개시된 경우(유료 콘텐츠 열람·다운로드 등 사용 개시)에는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 회사는 결제 전 이 사실을 고지합니다.
3. 기간제 멤버십을 중도 해지하는 경우, 이용 일수에 해당하는 금액과 관련 법령이 정한 공제액을 제외한 잔액을 환불합니다.
4. 회사의 귀책 사유(서비스 장애, 콘텐츠 하자 등)로 서비스를 이용하지 못한 경우 해당 기간에 대해 이용 기간 연장 또는 환불로 보상합니다.
5. 환불은 청약철회 의사를 접수한 날로부터 3영업일 이내에 결제 수단과 동일한 방법으로 처리함을 원칙으로 합니다.

7. 이 조의 구체적인 적용 기준(환불 기준표·일할 계산·결제 수단별 처리·신청 절차)은 환불 및 취소 정책에 정합니다.

제9조회원의 의무

1. 회원은 계정 정보를 스스로 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정을 제3자에게 양도·대여할 수 없습니다.
2. 회원은 서비스의 콘텐츠(문항, 해설, 사료 해석, 자료 등)를 회사의 사전 동의 없이 복제·배포·전송·2차 이용할 수 없습니다.
3. 회원은 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위(자동화 수단을 통한 대량 접근, 취약점 악용 등)를 해서는 안 됩니다.

제10조저작권

1. 서비스에 게시된 콘텐츠의 저작권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 인용된 사료 원문 등 공유 저작물은 해당 저작물의 이용 조건을 따릅니다.
2. 회원의 학습 기록에 대한 권리는 회원에게 있으며, 회사는 서비스 제공·개선 목적 범위에서만 이를 이용합니다.

제11조면책

1. 회사는 천재지변, 통신사·호스팅 사업자의 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 서비스의 학습 콘텐츠는 학습 보조 목적으로 제공되며, 특정 시험의 합격이나 성적을 보장하지 않습니다.

제12조분쟁 해결

1. 회사와 회원 간 분쟁은 상호 협의로 해결함을 원칙으로 하며, 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령 및 민사소송법상의 관할 법원에 따릅니다.
2. 소비자 피해 구제는 한국소비자원, 전자거래분쟁조정위원회 등에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

부칙시행일

이 약관은 2026년 8월 3일부터 시행합니다.

Article 1Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the Korean-history learning service "into KOREA Korean History Study Portal" (the "Service") operated by into AX Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its members.

Article 2Definitions

1. "Service" means the Korean-history learning content, question bank, mock exams, study-record management and all related services provided by the Company.
2. "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms, completes sign-up and uses the Service.
3. "Paid Service" means memberships, content and features the Company provides for a fee.
4. "Study Records" means data generated while using the Service, such as progress, quiz and mock-exam results, and review notes.

Article 3Posting and Amendment of the Terms

1. The Company posts these Terms within the Service where members can easily find them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable Korean laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
3. Amendments are announced, with the effective date and reasons stated, at least 7 days before taking effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to members).

Article 4Sign-up

1. Membership is established when an applicant agrees to these Terms, submits the information in the form prescribed by the Company, and the Company accepts the application.
2. Children under 14 may sign up only with the consent of a legal guardian. At sign-up the Company verifies the year of birth and confirms guardian consent by email; an account whose guardian consent is not confirmed may be deleted 14 days after sign-up.
3. Users must provide accurate information, including year of birth, at sign-up. Any disadvantage or legal liability arising from false age information rests with the user (including the legal guardian, in the case of a minor).
4. If another person's information was used or false information was provided, the Company may refuse the application or later restrict or revoke membership.

Article 5Withdrawal and Loss of Membership

1. Members may withdraw at any time using the in-service function or by request to the Company, which will process it without delay.
2. Study Records are deleted upon withdrawal and cannot be recovered, except for information the Company is required to retain under applicable laws, which is kept for the required period.

Article 6Provision and Changes to the Service

1. The Service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year round, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, repairs, telecommunications failures and similar causes.
2. The Company may change the Service to improve content quality; material changes to Paid Services are announced in advance.

Article 7Paid Services and Payment

1. The types, prices and duration of Paid Services follow what is displayed on the relevant payment screen.
2. Payments are processed through the payment gateway (PG) designated by the Company; the Company does not itself store card numbers or other payment-method details.
3. Payments by minors require the consent of a legal guardian; payments made without such consent may be cancelled by the minor or the guardian.

Article 7-2International Payments

1. For users outside the Republic of Korea or paying with non-Korean payment methods, the Company may display and charge Paid Service fees in US dollars (USD); international payments are processed through PayPal.
2. USD prices are fixed prices set separately from the KRW prices — not real-time conversions — and may differ from the converted KRW amount as exchange rates move. The applicable price is the amount displayed on the payment screen.
3. Currency-conversion fees and international transaction fees charged by the card issuer or PayPal are borne by the member; the final amount billed in the member's local currency may vary with the exchange rate applied by the issuer.
4. Refunds for international payments are processed in the USD amount actually paid, to the original payment method. The Company does not compensate for exchange-rate differences arising between the time of payment and the time of refund, or for conversion fees charged by financial institutions or payment processors.
5. Disputes and payment objections concerning international payments (including chargebacks) may be handled through PayPal's dispute-resolution process, and the Company cooperates with that process in good faith. The Company may restrict use of the Service where the process is abused — for example, filing a false payment dispute after normal use of paid content.
6. Matters not otherwise provided for in this Article (such as the cancellation period) follow Article 8.

Article 8Cancellation and Refunds

1. Members may cancel a Paid Service within 7 days of the payment date (or the date the service becomes available).
2. However, under Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, cancellation may be restricted once provision of digital content has begun (e.g. viewing or downloading paid content). The Company gives notice of this before payment.
3. If a term-based membership is cancelled mid-term, the balance is refunded after deducting the amount corresponding to the days used and any deduction prescribed by law.
4. If the Service could not be used due to causes attributable to the Company (outages, defective content, etc.), the Company compensates by extending the usage period or refunding that period.
5. Refunds are in principle processed within 3 business days of receiving the cancellation request, using the same payment method.

Article 9Member Obligations

1. Members are responsible for managing their own account credentials and may not transfer or lend their account to a third party.
2. Members may not reproduce, distribute, transmit or otherwise reuse Service content (questions, explanations, source interpretations, materials, etc.) without the Company's prior consent.
3. Members must not interfere with the normal operation of the Service (bulk access through automated means, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.).

Article 10Copyright

1. Copyright in content posted on the Service belongs to the Company. Quoted primary sources and other shared works follow the terms of use of those works.
2. Rights to a member's Study Records belong to the member; the Company uses them only within the scope of providing and improving the Service.

Article 11Disclaimer

1. The Company is not liable for Service interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or failures of telecommunications or hosting providers.
2. Learning content is provided as a study aid and does not guarantee passing any particular exam or achieving any particular grade.

Article 12Dispute Resolution

1. Disputes between the Company and members are in principle resolved through mutual consultation; failing that, they are governed by applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and by the competent courts under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
2. For consumer redress, mediation may be requested from the Korea Consumer Agency or the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee.

AddendumEffective Date

These Terms take effect on August 3, 2026.
